as i said in that post there isnt a big enough alternative to a sports network. that nbc sports network is like regional tv compared espn. you have your local sports channels, you have your nba tv, nfl networks.. but espn hold such a monopoly of that specific industry that we’re forced to watch sportscenter for a highlights. we’re forced to go to espn.com for a news. we’re forced to watch the primetime games cause theyre the only one who carry mnf and nba and mlb games at that time slot… etc etc
